Where Is Creole Cruises Located and where is the pick up?
The boat is located in Jolly Harbour .
Pick up points include Jolly Harbour/Coco Bay Hotel/ Hermitage Bay Hotel/Hawksbill Hotel/ Royal Antiguan Hotel/Coconut Beach Club/St John’s Harbour-Cruiseships/Dickenson Bay and Blue Waters Hotel for Lobster lunch Cruises.
Guests from other hotels- please contact us for pick up Information.

How long is the tour?
The Lobster lunch cruise departs
Jolly Harbour at 8.45 am and returns at 4.30 pm
Cruiseship dock at 9.45am and returns at 3.45pm
Dickenson Bay at 10.00am returns at 3.30pm
Please note that from other pick up points the times will be different and we will advise them once we confirm your booking.

WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE INCLUDED?
We offer a fun-mix of motor boating, exploring an uninhabited island, flora and fauna, panoramic views, guided nature walk, snorkeling at an offshore reef and swimming/snorkeling with starfish.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
- We will not take you out if the weather is bad and will not charge you if we cancel for any reason. We will do our best to reschedule you if this rare event happens.
-If you are arriving by ship, Captain Glen will come to the pier to advise you about the weather and update you how the weather will be later that day.
We will not charge if we cancel the trip due to bad weather.
- If, for any reason, your ship does not arrive in our port, your credit card will not be charged.
- Customers with reservations who just ‘don’t show’ on the day, will be charged in full, guests who cancel within 24 hours prior to the trip will be charged 50%. Sorry, but this is due to limited space available.

I DON’T KNOW HOW TO SNORKEL
No problem! Glen and Mario will assist you to find the right size fins, mask and snorkel, inflatable snorkel vest and accompany you in the water, to get you started and direct you to the reef. They will stay with you and point out different fish and corals.

WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?
A: Creole Cruises LTD. is a licensed Antigua Charter business and is fully insured to operate the cruise you are booking with Personal Liability for “ON BOAT” incidents and an additional over side liability insurance.
Glen is an experienced Captain and is the holder of a RYA Captains License.

I’M ARRIVING BY SHIP - WHAT DO I DO?

Captain Glen will meet you at Exotic Antigua a big clothing store right at the cruise ship dock on the day of your trip.
Pick up for St John’s Harbour cruise ship dock is at 9.45 am and return at 3.45pm.

CAN CHILDREN JOIN CREOLE CRUISES?
Our trips are suitable for children of all ages. Children’s fins, masks and snorkels and life vests are provided, however, if they have their own feel free to bring them along.
We do provide Chicken, Fish or Burger instead of Lobster for our lunch cruise on request.

TELL ME ABOUT THE BOAT...
Creole Cruises is a 40 feet Deep V with two 300 hp Suzuki engines. The boat can seat twenty-three guests and there is plenty of space to store your belongings. For your added comfort, we only take a maximum of 20 guests for our Lobster lunch cruise. We do have a shower and bathroom facilities onboard.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR/BRING?
Wear your swimsuit under shorts/T-Shirt or casual cover-up
Bring a towel
Sunglasses and a hat is a good idea
Sun protection cream
Tennis shoes are not necessary, slippers or sandals are fine.
Although we provide all equipment, if you have your own snorkel equipment you are welcome to bring it with you.

SHOULD I BRING MY CAMERA? - WHAT ABOUT MY BAG AND BELONGINGS?
We’ll be showing you lots of beautiful scenery and great views,
so you may wish to secure your camera into a plastic bag and bring it along.

I DO NOT LIKE LOBSTER BUT I WOULD LIKE TO DO THE TOUR - CAN I GET SOMETHING ELSE TO EAT?
Yes, when you book your trip with us let us know. We do offer vegetarian options, BBQ Chicken or Fish. Lunch for the Lobster lunch cruise also offers potato/pasta and green salad, Garlic bread and dessert.

HOW CAN I PAY?
You can pay by Credit card,Travellers checks or cash.
We only accept Visa or MasterCard, however, if you decide to pay by Credit card let us know when you book our tour to charge the card, as we do not accept Credit card payments on the day on the boat.
We will charge your card in the morning of your trip.
